SAY GOODBYE TO FUNGAL INFECTIONS: JUST SOAK YOUR FEET IN…

We all know that during the hot summer days, our feet sweat more, which increases the risk of developing infection around the toes. Many medical experts highly recommend walking barefoot as much as possible to counter this. Taking care of your feet during the hot summer is crucial for your health. Avoid nylon socks and shoes with synthetic insoles. However, if you already have fungal infections, here are some highly effective and natural homemade treatments. Simply soak your feet in these solutions:

Yogurt

Yogurt contains live bacteria called acidophilus, making it an effective remedy for foot infections, especially those between the nails and toes. The friendly microorganisms in yogurt efficiently combat fungal infections. You can either soak your feet in yogurt or rub it over your feet and let it dry. Once dried, wash your feet with cold water.

Sodium Bicarbonate

Prepare a mixture of cold water and sodium bicarbonate in a 1:3 ratio. Apply this combination to your shoes and let them air-dry. This mixture will kill any potential bacteria in your shoes.

Hydrogen Peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide is highly effective against bacteria and fungi on your feet. Soak your feet in a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and cold water to kill unpleasant fungal infections and prevent their spread. Mix 100 ml of 3% pharmaceutical grade hydrogen peroxide in 1 liter of distilled water and soak your feet for 20 minutes. Repeat this method every morning until the fungal infections are gone.

Corn Starch

Corn starch is a great ingredient for preventing bacteria and fungi due to its excellent moisture absorption properties. Mix ½ teaspoon of corn starch with a little warm water, then place the mixture in an oven set to 220° until it turns dark. Wash and dry your feet before applying the mixture. Rub it on your feet, leave it for one minute, and then wash it off with warm water.

By following these natural treatments, you can keep your feet healthy and free from infections during the summer months.
