Florida Sheriff Slammed For Shocking

Protests Grow Over ICE Arrests

Protests are rising across the U.S. against recent Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrests, with demonstrations seen in cities like Los Angeles. Even TikTok star Khaby Lame reportedly left the country after being arrested amid the immigration crackdown.

Protesters are expected to show up at former President Donald Trump’s birthday parade in Washington, D.C., and rallies are anticipated in other states, including Florida.

Florida Sheriff Issues Strong Warning

Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey issued a harsh warning to potential protesters, making it clear that violence or disruption won’t be tolerated.

“If you block an intersection or a roadway in Brevard County, you are going to jail,” Ivey said. “If you flee arrest, you’re going to go to jail tired because we are going to run you down and put you in jail.”

Severe Consequences for Violence

Ivey outlined what would happen if protesters get violent: “If you throw a brick, a firebomb, or point a gun… we will be notifying your family where to collect your remains, because we will kill you, graveyard dead. We’re not going to play.”

He added: “If you hit one of us, you’re going to the hospital and jail, and most likely get bitten by one of our big, beautiful dogs.”

Sheriff’s History of Bold Remarks

Known for his dramatic press statements, Ivey once joked about returning seized marijuana, saying, “Please contact our Narcotics Agents and we will be more than happy to reunite you with your lost property!”

However, Ivey has also faced backlash. In 2023, he was sued after a man claimed being wrongly featured on Ivey’s “Wheel of Fugitive” social media post caused him to lose a job opportunity.
