Mother Rushes To Emergency Room To
A Rare and Joyful Surprise
Four months ago, I became a parent for the first time, and life changed instantly.
The responsibility of caring for a child 24/7 is overwhelming yet beautiful. But for Becki Allen from Liverpool, her parenting journey took an extraordinary turn.
During her pregnancy, Becki experienced severe headaches. Concerned, doctors performed an ultrasound—and what they discovered left her stunned. Becki recalled, “It was the biggest shock of my life! We haven’t got any triplets in the family so it came completely out of the blue.”
She wasn’t just having triplets—they were identical triplets, a phenomenon that occurs in only one out of 200 million cases.

Triple the Joy
Becki and her partner had already welcomed a daughter, Indiana, and were excited to grow their family. But they never imagined they’d be choosing names for three baby boys: Roman, Rocco, and Rohan—nicknamed the “Triple R.”

The triplets were delivered via C-section at 31 weeks, each weighing between 3 to 5 pounds. They spent their first month in intensive care but recovered well.
One in 200 Million
Despite doctors’ initial doubts about their resemblance, DNA tests confirmed they are genetically identical. Becki shared, “It’s only when they’re asleep that they look the same to me… Roman’s is slightly darker… and Rohan has got a birthmark on his leg.”
Life with Four Kids
Raising triplets is no small feat. Becki spends around $100 a week on 150 diapers and goes through five packs of wipes weekly. Still, she’s supported by her eldest, Indiana, who “loves them. She’s not one bit jealous.”
This rare and loving family of six is managing the chaos with joy—and a lot of diapers.
They are lucky and happy family, and most of all, RICH family!
